How to use Image Asset Splitter
Split one image or logo sheet into separately named assets with an equal grid or draggable custom cut lines.
What to provide
Drop a PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, or BMP image. Apply an equal grid or place vertical and horizontal boundaries directly on the preview.
- Choose or drop a local raster image, or load the included six-logo sample. The file signature and decoded dimensions are checked locally.
- Apply an equal grid or add vertical and horizontal cuts directly on the preview. Drag a cut, use its exact percentage slider, or focus the line and use arrow keys.
- Choose PNG, JPEG, or WebP, create the pieces, optionally rename each one, then download an individual asset or one ZIP.
What the result means
Every outlined region becomes an individually named PNG, JPEG, or WebP file that can be downloaded alone or together in a ZIP.
Privacy and safety
This utility is loaded as browser code and processes your input only in this tab. OmniCastConverter has no upload endpoint and never stores your content, filenames, tokens, or secrets. Generated markup and code are shown as inert text and are never executed.
Limitations
- Animated GIF and WebP inputs are split from the browser-decoded poster frame, not every animation frame.
- The workspace accepts images up to 100 MiB and 100 megapixels, with at most 100 output pieces per run.
- Cut boundaries use whole pixels; JPEG output replaces transparent pixels with white.
